There was no surprise in Wuerzburg where 17th rankedMLP Academics Heidelberg (5-15) was defeated by seventh ranked s Oliver Baskets (12-8) 70-54 on Friday. Wuerzburg dominated down low during the game scoring 46 of its points in the paint compared to MLP Academics Heidelberg 's 20. Wuerzburg had a 31-19 advantage in offensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Johnathan Stove (193-1995, college: Louisiana) who helped to win the game recording 19 points and the other American import forward Charles Thompson (201-2001, college: Towson) who added 11 points and 11 rebounds during the contest. Stove is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market.
