There was a surprise result when thirteenth rankedKangaroos (8-14) won against higher ranked Seawolves Academy (10-12) in Iserlohn 90-81 on Saturday. Iserlohn looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists. American guard Trey Hubbard (190-2002, college: C-N, agency: Origins Sports Group) notched 16 points, 8 rebounds, 7 assists and 5 steals to lead the effort and naturalized Czech Daniel Zacek (182-2001) supported him with 18 points. Five Kangaroos players scored in double figures. Even 29 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists and 5 steals (made all of his twelve free throws !!!) by American guard Jalen Page (193-2002, college: Trevecca) did not help to save the game for Rostock Acad. . Power forward Jonas Zilinskas (204-2006) added 24 points and 9 rebounds for lost side. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Iserlohn moved-up to eleventh place, which they share with Rhoendorf. Loser Seawolves Academy dropped to the ninth position with 12 games lost.
