There was no surprise when 8th rankedSeawolves (12-11) were defeated on the road by second ranked ALBA Berlin (18-7) 89-85 on Friday. However just four-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. International Malte Delow (197-2001) fired 27 points for the winners. The former international center Norris Agbakoko (217-2000) chipped in 18 points. American forward Kassim Nicholson (200-1999, college: Tennessee St.) produced 17 points and 8 rebounds and the other American import guard TJ Crockett (187-1999, college: Lindenwood) added 9 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists respectively for lost side. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. ALBA maintains second place with 18-7 record despite having the same number of points like the leader Bayern. Loser Seawolves dropped to the ninth position with 11 games lost.
