Szedeak used a home court advantage and beat the opponent from Jaszberenyi 110-104 on Saturday night. Jaszberenyi trailed by 17 points at halftime and as many as 19 after three quarters before a 35-22 last quarter charge cut the deficit to 104-110 at the end of the game. Szedeak shot 62.1 percent from the field. Szedeak outrebounded Jaszberenyi 33-21 including 25 on the defensive glass. The former international swingman Akos Horvath (194-81) produced 19 points and 5 assists and American point guard Travis Cohn (188-89, college: Jacksonville) added 19 points respectively for lost side. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Szedeak will face Marso NYKK (#14) in Nyiregyhazi in the next round.
