ZTE KK topped Szolnok to take 2-1 lead. The game without a history. ZTE KK led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Szolnok's 40. ZTE KK looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. It was an exceptional evening for American-Puerto Rican point guard Emanuel Ubilla (188-86, college: Fair Dickinson, agency: Court Side) who led the winners and scored 16 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists. Forward Szilard Benke (196-95) accounted for 15 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists for the winning side. Five ZTE KK players scored in double figures. ZTE KK's coach Tamas Bencze used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. International power forward Janos Eilingsfeld (198-91) came up with 7 points and 11 rebounds and international swingman David Vojvoda (196-90) added 12 points respectively for Szolnok in the defeat.
