Date: April 7, 2018
An interesting game for ZTE KK (14-13) which hosted in Zalaegerszeg Szedeak (11-16). ZTE KK had an easy win 82-55. The game without a history. ZTE KK led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. ZTE KK outrebounded Szedeak 42-31 including a 33-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. American guard Deonta Vaughn (184-86, college: Cincinnati, agency: Interperformances) nailed 17 points and 5 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) for the winning side and Croatian power forward Ivica Radic (208-90, agency: XL Basketball Agency) accounted for 14 points and 9 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. ZTE KK will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Szedeak will play against PVSK-Veolia (#1) and hope to secure a win.
