The game had a very big importance for sixth-rankedKKM I as it allowed them to take a leadership position. KKM I defeated second-best VKM in Vilniaus 87-81 . The best player for the winners was guard Matas Liotisas (183-2007) who scored 30 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Neilas Vitkauskas chipped in a double-double by scoring 18 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was point guard Jonas Skramtai (192-2007) who recorded 21 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists and center Vytautas Meskela (199-2007) added 12 points and 10 rebounds respectively. VKM's coach Edvinas Justas rotated thirteen players in this game, but that didn't help. As mentioned above they are alone now at the top position. VKM at the other side still keeps top place with one game lost.
