The game in Gargzdai was also quite interesting. 6th rankedNevezis (3-6) played at the court of eighth ranked Gargzdu (3-6). Gargzdu managed to secure a 7-point victory 86-79 on Sunday. Center Benas Griciunas (210-1994, college: EWU, agency: LHZ Sport Agency) scored 15 points and 9 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and American guard Jalon Pipkins (193-1998, college: PFW) chipped in 19 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. Four Gargzdu players scored in double figures. At the losing side American point guard Jerrick Harding (185-1998, college: Weber St.) responded with 19 points and his fellow American import guard Tony Perkins (193-2001, college: Missouri) scored 13 points. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Gargzdu moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Nevezis and Juventus.
