Bottom-rankedAlytus managed to get a third victory, breaking the eight-game losing streak on Thursday night. This time they won against fifteenth-ranked Stekas 93-83 . Alytus looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. The winners were led by American point guard Robert Waters-Johnson (185-1994, college: Wayland Baptist) who scored that evening 34 points (!!!) and 8 assists (made all of his eight free throws) and Augustinas Venckus (190-1997) supported him with 21 points and 6 assists. Even 20 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists by American point guard Rahsaan Edwards (183, college: Florida Tech) did not help to save the game for Stekas . Robert Subotkevic (203-1998) added 12 points and 6 rebounds for lost side. Four Alytus and five Stekas players scored in double figures. Alytus maintains seventeenth position with 3-12 record. Loser Stekas keeps the fifteenth place with 11 games lost. They share the position with P.Olimpas.
