We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when one of their biggest challengersTelsiai (16-10) lost to fifth ranked Kedainiai (16-10) in Kedainiu 82-91 on Saturday. Kedainiai outrebounded Telsiai 42-29 including a 18-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. The winners were led by Arminas Kelmelis (195-1994) who scored that evening 31 points and forward Rokas Uzas (202-1988) supported him with 15 points and 17 rebounds. Kedainiai's coach Gediminas Butkus used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. Even 16 points and 7 rebounds by point guard Ignas Razutis (185-1987) did not help to save the game for Telsiai . The former international guard Martynas Gecevicius (193-1988) added 11 points and 6 assists for lost side. Four Kedainiai and five Telsiai players scored in double figures. Kedainiai moved-up to fourth place, which they share with defeated Telsiai.
