Not a big story in a game when 10th rankedKretinga (12-14) lost to eighth ranked Rytas 2 (14-13) in Vilnius 87-102 on Saturday. Rytas 2 made 25-of-33 free shots (75.8 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists. The winners were led by guard Ignas Urbonas (198-2007) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 21 points, 13 rebounds and 5 assists and point guard Gantas Krizanauskas (186-2006) supported him with 12 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists. Rytas 2's coach Gintaras Kadziulis used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. Even a double-double of 24 points, 13 rebounds and 8 assists by forward Julius Kazakauskas (196-1990) did not help to save the game for Kretinga . Swingman Gytis Macionis (195-2001) added 15 points for lost side. Five Rytas 2 and four Kretinga players scored in double figures. Rytas 2 have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to seventh place. Loser Kretinga keeps the tenth position with 14 games lost. They share it with Silute and Mazeikiai.
