Not a big story in a game when 11th ranked Kretinga (15-17) was outplayed at home by third ranked Zalgiris II (21-10) 104-64 on Saturday. Zalgiris II forced 20 Kretinga turnovers and outrebounded them 40-29 including 25 on the defensive glass. Zalgiris II looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists comparing to just 7 passes made by Kretinga's players. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Zalgiris II made 7 blocks. Forward Ignas Stombergas (198-2008) had a double-double by scoring 25 points and 11 rebounds (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field) to lead the charge for the winners and point guard Kajus Mikalauskas (191-2007) chipped in 19 points, 6 assists and 4 steals during the contest. Four Zalgiris II players scored in double figures.
