Rather predictable result whenJurbarkas defeated on the road Silute 89-85 . Jurbarkas forced 23 Silute turnovers. Strangely Silute outrebounded Jurbarkas 38-23 including a 32-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. Jurbarkas players were unselfish on offense dishing 24 assists. Justas Tamulis (196-1994, agency: BIG) notched 14 points, 7 assists and 4 steals to lead the effort and swingman Gintautas Matulis (196-1986) supported him with 12 points and 6 rebounds. Jurbarkas' coach Povilas Valaitis allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Even 25 points and 6 rebounds by swingman Lukas Kazlauskas (188-1992) did not help to save the game for Silute . American swingman Devin Hutchinson (196-1996, college: Radford) added 21 points for the hosts. Five Jurbarkas and four Silute players scored in double figures.
