There was a small surprise when sixteenth rankedStekas (9-29) edged on the road 14th ranked Palanga (14-24) 97-94 on Saturday. Stekas outrebounded Palanga 56-43 including 17 on the offensive glass. It was an exceptional evening for French guard Kyliann Rotardier (197-2002) who led the winners and scored 31 points and 6 rebounds. Robert Subotkevic (203-1998) accounted for 19 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists for the winning side. point guard Paulius Danisevicius (178-1995, agency: BIG) came up with a double-double by scoring 27 points, 8 rebounds and 12 assists and American Troy Barnies (201-1989, college: Maine) added 10 points and 8 rebounds respectively for Palanga in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Stekas maintains sixteenth place with 9-29 record. Palanga lost third consecutive game. They keep the fourteenth position with 24 games lost.
