Round 7 most important game was a victory ofVilkaviskis over 6th ranked Telsiai 77-72 on Saturday night. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Telsiai. Worth to mention a great performance of Giedrius Stankevicius (207-1996) who helped to win the game recording 21 points and 8 rebounds. American guard TJ Gadsden (199-2002, college: Hofstra) contributed with 11 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Vilkaviskis' coach Sarunas Zablockis used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. American swingman Jared Small (201-1997, college: CMU) answered with 23 points and Deividas Rasys (197-1997) added 9 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Telsiai. Vilkaviskis have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Kedainiai. Telsiai at the other side keeps the sixth position with 17 games lost. They share it with Rytas 2.
