Rather predictable result in Kaunas where second rankedZalgiris II (27-11) defeated 5th ranked Kedainiai (21-17) 92-86 on Thursday. Zalgiris II looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. The best player for the winners was forward Ignas Stombergas (198-2008) who had a double-double by scoring 15 points and 11 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). point guard Kajus Mikalauskas (191-2007) chipped in 14 points and 7 assists. Five Zalgiris II players scored in double figures. Zalgiris II's coach Rokas Kondratavicius used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Forward Rokas Uzas (202-1988) produced 21 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists and point guard Paulius Semaska (184-1993) added 15 points, 7 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals respectively for the guests.
