Everything could happen in Kedainiu at the game between two tied teams. Both sixth rankedKedainiai and 5th ranked Rytas 2 had identical 21-17 record. This time Kedainiai used a home court advantage and defeated the opponent from Vilnius 87-78 on Saturday night. Forward Rokas Uzas (202-1988) stepped up and scored 35 points (!!!), 8 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners and Medas Kuprijanovas (197-1996) chipped in 11 points and 10 rebounds. The best for the losing side was forward Gabrielius Jokubauskas (195-2006) with 27 points and 9 rebounds and guard Nikas Stuknys (199-2005) produced a double-double by scoring 22 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Kedainiai (22-17) moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Vilkaviskis. Loser Rytas 2 dropped to the sixth position with 18 games lost.
