The game between third rankedNeptunas (12-8) and seventh ranked Gargzdu Neptunas was defeated by Gargzdu in Gargzdai 70-81 . Gargzdu made 21-of-26 free shots (80.8 percent) during the game. Gargzdu outrebounded Neptunas 41-28 including a 33-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. American guard Justin Turner (193-1998, college: BGSU) orchestrated the victory by scoring 22 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. Power forward Paulius Petrilevicius (204-1991) contributed with 16 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Gargzdu's coach Tomas Rinkevicius used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Latvian guard Rihards Lomazs (189-1996) answered with 14 points and 6 assists and the former international point guard Arnas Velicka (195-1999) added 11 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Neptunas. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Gargzdu moved-up to sixth place. Neptunas at the other side dropped to the second position with eight games lost. They share it with Rytas.
