U18 League top team -Saule (17-1) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed twelfth ranked NKA (1-17) in Siauliai 121-46 . The game without a history. Saule led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding NKA to just 5 points in third quarter and to 11 points in second half. Saule dominated down low during the game scoring 88 of its points in the paint compared to NKA 's 30. Saule forced 25 NKA turnovers and outrebounded them 70-29 including a 29-10 advantage in offensive rebounds. Saule players were unselfish on offense dishing 31 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by NKA 's players. They brought some defensive toughness making 7 blocks. The winners were led by forward Arijus Busma (196-2008) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 24 points, 13 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals and Saulius Cepaitis (-2008) supported him with 14 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists. Five Saule players scored in double figures. Saule's coach Dainius Bertulis felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Even 14 points by Azuolas Stockunas did not help to save the game for NKA . Deivaras Konstantinavicius added 9 points for the guests. Saule have an impressive 12-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 17-1 record. NKA lost thirteenth consecutive game. They stay dead last with 17 lost games.
