Not a big story in a game when 14th rankedConstanta (3-12) was defeated on the road by tenth ranked Craiova (7-8) 83-78 . However just five-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Constanta was ahead by 1 point after three quarters before a 26-20 charge of Craiova, which allowed them to win the game. It was an exceptional evening for American guard Austin Crowley (196-2000, college: Southern Miss) who led the winners and scored 20 points. The former international point guard Giordan Watson (177-1985, college: CMU) accounted for 20 points and 5 assists for the winning side. Four Craiova players scored in double figures. American Tyler Stevenson (206-2002, college: MSU) came up with 33 points (!!!) and 9 rebounds and the other American import forward Monyea Pratt (196-1985, college: Stillman) added 18 points, 10 rebounds, 12 assists and 4 steals respectively for Constanta in the defeat. Craiova moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Targu Mures. Constanta lost third consecutive game. They keep the fourteenth position with 12 games lost.
