The guests took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 21-16 . But Dinamo won second period 21-18 . However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Strangely Dinamo outrebounded Rapid 42-27 including 28 on the defensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Trendon Hankerson (188-2000, college: Akron, agency: 011 Sports) who helped to win the game recording 20 points. point guard Aurelian Gavriloaia (196-2001) contributed with 21 points for the winners. Rapid's coach allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. American guard Derrick Marks (191-1993, college: Boise St., agency: Players Group) replied with 19 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists and Guinean-American power forward Ousmane Drame (206-1993, college: Quinnipiac) added 16 points and 13 rebounds in the effort for Dinamo. Four Dinamo players scored in double figures. Rapid have a solid four-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Pitesti. Dinamo at the other side dropped to the ninth place with two games lost.
