There was no surprise in Bucuresti where 12th rankedSibiu (2-6) was defeated by ninth ranked Dinamo (4-4) 86-74 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by Dinamo. Sibiu managed to win third quarter 22-19 . But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Dinamo made 27-of-35 free shots (77.1 percent) during the game, while Sibiu only scored ten points from the stripe. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Marcus Lewis (196-1992, college: EKU) who helped to win the game recording 17 points and 4 assists and the other American import guard Derrick Marks (191-1993, college: Boise St., agency: Players Group) who added 12 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. Montenegrin point guard Goran Martinic (187-1987) responded with 14 points and 9 rebounds and American guard MJ Randolph (193-1999, college: FAMU) scored 15 points (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Five Dinamo and four Sibiu players scored in double figures. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Dinamo moved-up to eighth place. Loser Sibiu keeps the twelfth position with six games lost. They share it with Steaua.
