The game was mostly controlled by Sibiu. Galati managed to win third quarter 18-13 . But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Sibiu looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists comparing to just 16 passes made by Galati 's players. American guard MJ Randolph (193-1999, college: FAMU) nailed 21 points for the winning side and guard Andreas Blidaru (183-2006, agency: BIG) accounted for 17 points. Randolph is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Four Sibiu players scored in double figures. American guard Marcus Randolph (196-2003, college: St.Peter's) came up with 17 points and Serbian point guard Mihailo Jovicic (190-1999, agency: BIG) added 11 points and 5 rebounds respectively for Galati in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Sibiu maintains twelfth place with 3-6 record, which they share with Steaua. Galati lost their eighth game in a row. They still close the standings with eight games lost.
