Everything went according to plan in Ramnicu Valcea where second rankedPloiesti CSM 2 (9-2) outleveled 6th ranked Rm Valcea 2 (6-8) 91-71 on Sunday. The game without a history. Ploiesti CSM 2 led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Ploiesti CSM 2 forced 20 Rm Valcea 2 turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Andrei-Sebastian Ciulin (185-2008) who helped to win the game recording 20 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and Octavian Ion (-2008) who added 20 points during the contest. At the losing side forward Raul Hurdubelea (200-2007) responded with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 13 rebounds and center Dragos Constantinescu (201-2007, agency: BIG) scored 12 points and 9 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Ploiesti CSM 2 maintains second position with 9-2 record having five points less than leader Rapid 2. Rm Valcea 2 at the other side keeps the sixth place with eight games lost.
