Not a big story in a game when 7th rankedBrasov 2 (3-9) was defeated at home by fifth ranked Sibiu 2 (7-6) 85-75 on Sunday. The guests trailed by 2 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 12-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 85-75. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Elias Dragan (184-2007) who helped to win the game recording 25 points and center Raul Mitrache (200-2007, agency: One Motive Sports) who added 15 points and 11 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side forward Matei Sorodoc (198-2007) responded with a double-double by scoring 19 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists and guard Alexandru Blaga (190-2007) scored 13 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals. Five Sibiu 2 and four Brasov 2 players scored in double figures. Sibiu 2 moved-up to fourth place. Newly promoted Brasov 2 keeps the seventh position with nine games lost.
