No shocking result in a game when second rankedTriglav (9-4) crushed 6th ranked Odeja KED (3-10) in Kranj 68-38 on Wednesday. Triglav held Odeja KED to an opponent 24.6 percent shooting from the field compared to 41.8 percent accuracy of the winners. Triglav forced 27 Odeja KED turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. It was an exceptional evening for forward Manca Vrecer (178-2002) who led the winners and scored 12 points and 7 rebounds. Point guard Lena Grebenc (170-2006) accounted for 11 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists and 5 steals for the winning side. The former international center Katja Kotnik (190-1990, college: Eckerd, agency: LBM Management) came up with a double-double by scoring 10 points, 14 rebounds and 4 blocks and guard Lejla Pamic (180-1999) added 6 points and 11 rebounds respectively for Odeja KED in the defeat. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Triglav maintains second place with 9-4 record having four points less than leader Celje. Odeja KED lost their third game in a row. They keep the sixth position with ten games lost.
