Regular Season Round 19: Triglav - Ilrija 73-53

An interesting game forTriglav (12-8) which hosted in Kranj their biggest opponent Ilrija (12-8). Third ranked Triglav had an easy win 73-53 . Triglav made 24-of-27 free shots (88.9 percent) during the game, while Ilrija only scored six points from the stripe. Triglav forced 20 Ilrija turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Manca Vrecer (178-2002) who helped to win the game recording 18 points, 5 assists and 4 steals. Ana Saric (185-2000) contributed with 17 points (made all of her nine free throws !!!) for the winners. Guard Lara Zadravec (170-2006) answered with 10 points and swingman Andrea Lazarevic (175-2006) added 5 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Ilrija. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Triglav moved-up to second place, which they share with defeated Ilrija.
