Very expected game in Istanbul where 8th rankedTurk Telekom (4-4) was defeated by third ranked Efes (7-1) 86-81 on Sunday. However just five-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Anadolu Efes made 22-of-27 free shots (81.5 percent) during the game. The best player for the winners was American center Daniel Oturu (208-1999, college: Minnesota) who scored 21 points and 5 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field). American Anthony Brown (199-1992, college: Stanford) produced 22 points and 4 assists and Canadian center Kyle Alexander (208-1996, college: Tennessee) added 17 points and 7 rebounds respectively for the guests. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Anadolu Efes moved-up to second place, which they share with Fenerbahce. Loser Turk Telekom keeps the eighth position with four games lost. They share it with Bursaspor.
