A very close game took place in Bursa betweenGaziantep and Tofas . Sixth ranked Gaziantep (5-1) got a very close victory on the road over 4th ranked Tofas (5-2). Gaziantep managed to escape with a 2-point win 72-70 on Monday evening. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Tofas. The winners were led by power forward Arda Birkeser (200-2005, agency: Octagon Europe) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 24 points and 18 rebounds and guard Ibrahim Yilmaz (192-2005) supported him with 19 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists. Gaziantep's coach used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Even 11 points, 8 rebounds and 9 assists by point guard Efe Postel (189-2006) did not help to save the game for Tofas . Yucel Basaran (-2007) added 18 points and 5 assists for the hosts. Four Tofas players scored in double figures. Gaziantep moved-up to third place, which they share with Gelisim Koleji and Besiktas. Loser Tofas dropped to the sixth position with two games lost.
