The most exciting game of round 15 in the TBL took place in Istanbul. This derby game ended with only one-point defeat on the road of 4th placedSigortam.net (9-5) to first ranked Erokspor (11-4) 68-67 on Monday evening. 24 personal fouls committed by Sigortam.net helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a great evening for American point guard Maurice Watson (178-1993, college: Creighton) who led his team to a victory scoring 23 points. His fellow American import center Jeremy Simmons (204-1989, college: Charleston) helped adding 13 points and 13 rebounds. Simmons is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. The best for the losing side was guard Koray Uzunhasan (186-1992) with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 11 rebounds and American forward Darion Atkins (203-1992, college: Virginia) scored 13 points, 8 rebounds and 5 blocks. Sigortam.net's coach Ceyhun Cabadak rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Erokspor have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain first place with 11-4 record. Sigortam.net at the other side keeps the fourth position with five games lost. They share it with Cayirova.
