There was no surprise in Bursa where 10th rankedTurk Telekom (4-7) was defeated by second ranked Tofas (10-1) 93-82 on Sunday. Tofas looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The best player for the winners was American forward JJ OBrien (200-1992, college: SDSU, agency: Slash Sports) who scored 27 points and 5 rebounds. Serbian swingman Uros Trifunovic (200-2000) chipped in 27 points and 6 rebounds. Canadian center Kyle Alexander (208-1996, college: Tennessee) produced a double-double by scoring 17 points and 12 rebounds and the former international guard Melih Tunca (196-2005) added 13 points and 7 assists respectively for the guests. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Tofas keeps a position of league leader, which they share with Fenerbahce. Turk Telekom lost their fifth game in a row. They keep the tenth place with seven games lost. They share the position with Petkim.
