Tenth-rankedKayseri (6-12) made lots of trouble for fourth ranked Emlak (14-5) in Istanbul. Emlak managed to secure only three-point victory 75-72 . However their fans expected much easier game. Emlak players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. It was a good game for American-Cameroonian guard Jessica Thomas (168-1994, college: Miami, FL) who led her team to a victory with 19 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists. Nigerian-American power forward Victoria Macaulay (193-1990, college: Temple) contributed with 17 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. American point guard Crystal Dangerfield (165-1998, college: UConn, agency: LBM Management) answered with 27 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists and Senegalese forward Sokhna Fall (185-2003, college: Casper CC) added 15 points and 10 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) in the effort for Kayseri. Five Emlak and four Kayseri players scored in double figures. Emlak have a solid series of four victories in a row. They moved-up to third place. Kayseri at the other side dropped to the ninth position with 12 games lost. They share it with Kocaeli and Tarsus.
