Everything went according to plan in Tekirdag where fifth rankedCayirova (16-11) beat 17th ranked Kapakli Spor (8-19) 87-73 on Sunday. Cayirova dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Kapakli Spor 's 28. They outrebounded Kapakli Spor 41-30 including 32 on the defensive glass. Cayirova looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists. The best player for the winners was American center Jamari Traylor (203-1992, college: Kansas) who had a double-double by scoring 27 points and 10 rebounds. The former international center Oguz Savas (213-1987) chipped in 14 points and 7 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was American guard Mitch Pelissier (190-1997, college: Concordia, IL, agency: Worldwide SM) who recorded 20 points and Bahadir Simsek (205-1998) added 13 points and 9 rebounds respectively. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The victory was the third consecutive win for Cayirova . They maintain fifth place with 16-11 record. Kapakli Spor lost their third game in a row. They keep the seventeenth position with 19 games lost.
