No shocking result in a game when fourth rankedAnkaragucu (19-10) outleveled on the road 15th ranked Ormanspor (11-19) 85-61 on Saturday. Ankaragucu looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists. The best player for the winners was American forward CJ Elleby (198-2000, college: WSU) who scored 21 points and 8 rebounds. The other American import point guard Marlain Veal (175-1996, college: SE Louisiana) chipped in 15 points and 7 assists. Five Ankaragucu players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was swingman Gokturk Ural (196-1995) who recorded 11 points and point guard Bilgehan Diril (189-2001) added 9 points and 4 assists respectively. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Ankaragucu maintains fourth position with 19-10 record. Loser Ormanspor dropped to the sixteenth place with 19 games lost.
