An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Istanbul. Third rankedEfes faced one of their biggest challengers Tofas . Host Efes (18-6) smashed guests from Bursa (16-8) 97-72 . Anadolu Efes players were unselfish on offense dishing 27 assists. It was a good game for Nigerian-American Jordan Nwora (203-1998, college: Louisville) who led his team to a victory with 25 points and 5 rebounds. American guard PJ Dozier Jr (198-1996, college: S.Carolina) contributed with 7 points, 5 rebounds and 10 assists for the winners. Serbian swingman Uros Trifunovic (200-2000) replied with 13 points and 5 rebounds and American forward JJ OBrien (200-1992, college: SDSU, agency: Slash Sports) added 12 points in the effort for Tofas. Four Tofas players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Anadolu Efes maintains third position with 18-6 record having five points less than leader Fenerbahce. Tofas at the other side keeps the fourth place with eight games lost.
