The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss ofGoztepe (3-1) on the court of sixth ranked Gaziantep on Sunday night. Visitors were rolled over by Gaziantep 97-61 . It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Goztepe. Gaziantep dominated down low during the game scoring 40 of its points in the paint compared to Goztepe 's 14 and made 21-of-26 free shots (80.8 percent) during the game. They outrebounded Goztepe 42-28 including a 32-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. Gaziantep looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists comparing to just 14 passes made by Goztepe 's players. Worth to mention a great performance of Croatian Zeljko Sakic (204-1988) who helped to win the game recording 16 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Serbian guard Nemanja Nenadic (197-1994) contributed with 15 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Four Gaziantep players scored in double figures. American point guard Jordan Barnes (178-1997, college: Indiana St.) replied with 11 points and 6 assists and Ahmet Cantitiz (193-1992) added 9 points in the effort for Goztepe. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Gaziantep moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Goztepe and Bordo.
