There was no surprise in Istanbul where 16th rankediLab (2-8) was defeated by twelfth ranked Cedi Osman (4-7) 83-79 on Monday. However just four-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Cedi Osman outrebounded iLab 42-31 including 31 on the defensive glass. The best player for the winners was American power forward Julien Ducree (206-1997, college: Utah Tech) who had a double-double by scoring 26 points and 15 rebounds. Kemal Aktuna (191-1995, agency: BIG) chipped in 20 points and 4 assists. Cedi Osman's coach Abdulkadir Serdar used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. American point guard TreVion Crews (183-1996, college: Bethel, IN) produced 21 points and international swingman Okben Ulubay (201-1997) added 17 points and 5 rebounds (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) respectively for the guests. Four iLab players scored in double figures. Cedi Osman maintains twelfth place with 4-7 record. iLab lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the sixteenth position with eight games lost. They share it with TED Ankara.
