No shocking result in a game when third rankedEmlak (6-1) beat 8th ranked Kayseri (2-6) in Istanbul 84-71 on Sunday. Emlak looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. The winners were led by Senegalese-Spanish center Astou Ndour-Fall (196-1994) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 18 points and 12 rebounds and American-Cameroonian guard Jessica Thomas (168-1994, college: Miami, FL) supported her with 15 points and 4 assists. Even 16 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists by American point guard Crystal Dangerfield (165-1998, college: UConn, agency: LBM Management) did not help to save the game for Kayseri . Irish-Australian swingman Alice Kunek (185-1991) added 22 points for the guests. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Emlak have an impressive six-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place. Kayseri lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the ninth position with six games lost.
