There was no surprise in Ankara where 11th rankedBursaspor (4-7) was outplayed by fourth ranked Turk Telekom (7-4) 101-74 on Saturday. Turk Telekom dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Bursaspor 's 24 and made 21-of-26 free shots (80.8 percent) during the game. Turk Telekom had a 26-12 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 31 assists. The best player for the winners was American guard Michael Devoe (196-1999, college: Georgia Tech) who scored 13 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists. American-Croatian point guard Jaleen Smith (190-1994, college: UNH) chipped in 12 points and 6 assists. American point guard Bryant Crawford (191-1997, college: Wake Forest) produced 12 points and 8 assists and the other American import forward VJ King (198-1997, college: Louisville, agency: Octagon Europe) added 13 points and 6 rebounds respectively for the guests. Five Turk Telekom and four Bursaspor players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. The victory was the sixth consecutive win for Turk Telekom . They maintain fourth place with 7-4 record, which they share with Galatasaray. Loser Bursaspor dropped to the tenth position with seven games lost. They share it with Petkim and Merkezefendi.
