This time they won against fifteenth-ranked Buyukcekmece in Istanbul 87-83 . The best player for the winners was American swingman Charles Manning Jr (197-1998, college: USA) who scored 22 points and 5 assists. Polish swingman Michal Sokolowski (196-1992) chipped in 18 points and 5 rebounds. Four Pinar Karsiyaka players scored in double figures. Dutch point guard Keye Van Der Vuurst (191-2001) produced a double-double by scoring 24 points and 12 assists (was perfect 12-for-12 from the free throw line !!!) and American Jalen Lecque (194-2000, college: NC State) added 20 points and 6 rebounds respectively for the hosts. Both coaches allowed to play bench players in such tough game. Karsiyaka (2-9) moved-up to fifteenth place. Loser Buyukcekmece dropped to the bottom position with ten games lost.
