Not a big story in a game in Ankara where 9th rankedTofas (8-10) was defeated by fifth ranked Turk Telekom (12-6) 95-78 on Saturday. Turk Telekom forced 21 Tofas turnovers and outrebounded them 42-25 including a 22-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. Canadian center Kyle Alexander (208-1996, college: Tennessee) had a double-double by scoring 12 points and 14 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and American Jordan Usher (201-1998, college: Georgia Tech) chipped in 14 points and 10 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was Mexican-American point guard Alexander Perez-Kaufmann (191-1993) with 20 points and 5 assists and Lithuanian center Marek Blazevic (209-2001) scored 11 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Turk Telekom moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Bahcesehir. Tofas lost third consecutive game. They keep the ninth position with ten games lost. They share it with Merkezefendi.
