Regular Season Round 27: Fenerbahce 2 - Gaziantep 86-82

The biggest surprise took place in Istanbul where hostFenerbahce (13-13) beat league's leader Gaziantep (21-4) 86-82 on Saturday evening. Fenerbahce 2 made 21-of-24 free shots (87.5 percent) during the game. The best player for the winners was American guard Holland Woods II (184-1998, college: GCU, agency: MSG) who had a double-double by scoring 17 points and 12 assists. Forward Faruk Biberovic (204-2005) chipped in a double-double by scoring 20 points and 10 rebounds (perfect from the field making all eight shots !!!). At the other side the best for losing team was Croatian Zeljko Sakic (204-1988) who recorded 19 points and 6 rebounds and forward Utku Yucedag (198-1994) added 14 points and 10 rebounds respectively. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Gaziantep's coach Semsettin Bas rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Fenerbahce 2 maintains eighth place with 13-13 record. Gaziantep at the other side dropped to the second position with four games lost. They were replaced at the leadership position by Cayirova.
