There was a minor upset when 13th rankedCedi Osman (10-19) was defeated on the road by sixteenth ranked Balikesir BBS (10-19) 98-94 on Saturday. American point guard Fred Cleveland Jr (178-2001, college: NCCU) scored 37 points (!!!), 7 rebounds and 6 assists to lead the charge for the winners and swingman Arda Kaya (193-2000) chipped in 17 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. Four Balikesir BBS players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American point guard Maurice Watson (178-1993, college: Creighton) with 38 points (!!!), 5 rebounds, 8 assists and 5 steals and Kemal Aktuna (191-1995) scored 12 points. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Balikesir BBS moved-up to twelfth place, which they share with 3 other teams including defeated Cedi Osman . Cedi Osman lost third consecutive game.
