The most interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Ankara:Ormanspor (#6) and TED Ankara (#7). TED Ankara was defeated at home 79-86 and even the fact of playing on their own court did not help. The best player for the winners was American point guard Marquis Wright (185-1995, college: Siena, agency: Octagon Europe) who had a double-double by scoring 10 points, 6 rebounds and 10 assists. The other American import center Jacob Hutson (211-2002, college: UNI) chipped in 16 points and 7 rebounds. Four Ormanspor players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was swingman Burak Erol (197-1988) who recorded 20 points and 9 rebounds (perfect from the field making all six shots) and American point guard Chris Warren (177-1988, college: Ole Miss) added 22 points and 6 rebounds respectively. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Ormanspor have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to fifth place. TED Ankara at the other side keeps the seventh position with 14 games lost.
