Worth to mention about the upset in a game betweenKonya BBSK (20-10) and Ankaragucu (11-19), which took place in Ankara. 4th placed Konya BBSK lost to fifteenth ranked Ankaragucu in a road game 80-84 on Friday. Ankaragucu made 20-of-22 free shots (90.9 percent) during the game. It was an exceptional evening for American guard Brian Cameron (190-1997, college: Wesley) who led the winners and scored 33 points (!!!), 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Georgian-American point guard Jacob Pullen (183-1989, college: Kansas St., agency: AltusBasket) accounted for 31 points and 5 rebounds (made all of his seven free throws) for the winning side. Cameron is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Ankaragucu's coach Hasan Karabulut used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Center Ahmet Duran (206-1999) came up with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 10 rebounds (on 10-of-11 shooting from the field) and Alp Karahan (193-1998) added 18 points and 6 assists respectively for Konya BBSK in the defeat. Ankaragucu have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They moved-up to eleventh place, which they share with Final Spor and Cedi Osman. Konya BBSK lost third consecutive game. They keep the fourth position with ten games lost.
