Very expected game when 16th rankediLab (10-21) was defeated on the road by second ranked Gaziantep (25-6) 83-73 on Sunday. Gaziantep looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Serbian guard Nemanja Nenadic (197-1994) stepped up and scored 16 points, 6 rebounds and 9 assists for the winners and guard Emir Sivas (176-2005) chipped in 11 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists. Four Gaziantep players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was guard Eray Akyuz (187-2000) with 22 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists and guard Gokay Hacioglu (-2002) produced a double-double by scoring 14 points, 12 rebounds and 4 blocks. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Gaziantep . They maintain second place with 25-6 record having just three points less than leader Cayirova. Loser iLab dropped to the fifteenth position with 21 games lost. They share it with Kocaeli and Haremspor.
