No shocking result in a game when third rankedBahcesehir (20-8) edged 10th ranked Tofas (10-18) in Istanbul 78-76 on Saturday. However just two-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. The winners were led by American guard Hunter Hale (192-1997, college: Winthrop) who scored that evening 18 points and 4 assists and Serbian center Balsa Koprivica (216-2000, college: FSU) supported him with 13 points and 6 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field). Bahcesehir's coach Marko Barac used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Even 30 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists by Lithuanian center Marek Blazevic (209-2001) did not help to save the game for Tofas . Mexican-American point guard Alexander Perez-Kaufmann (191-1993) added 9 points and 8 assists for lost side. Bahcesehir maintains third position with 20-8 record having four points less than leader Fenerbahce. Tofas lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the tenth place with 18 games lost.
