Regular Season Round 19: Stariy Lutsk - Hoverla 64-66

The most exciting game of round 19 in the Superleague took place in Lutsk. This derby game ended with only two-point home defeat of 7th rankedStariy Lutsk (7-18) to eighth ranked Hoverla (4-20) 66-64 on Sunday evening. The guests were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. Hoverla made 18-of-22 free shots (81.8 percent) during the game. It was a great evening for forward Roman Morozov (204-1998) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds. Sergiy Kuznetsov (203-1997, agency: BIG) helped adding 6 points and 8 rebounds. Four Hoverla players scored in double figures. Hoverla's coach Ievgen Murzin used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game. At the losing side the former international swingman Oleksandr Kolchenko (195-1988, agency: BIG) responded with 28 points and 5 rebounds and forward Oleksandr Diupin (194-2004) scored 11 points and 6 rebounds. Hoverla maintains eighth place with 4-20 record. Stariy Lutsk lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the seventh position with 18 games lost.
