Regular Season Round 4: MOBI-SDYUSHOR - Kozachka-KPU 61-58

The most exciting game of round 4 in the Higher League took place in Kyiv. This derby game ended with only three-point defeat on the road of 3rd rankedKozachka-KPU (3-3) to second ranked MOBI-SDYUSHOR (5-1) 61-58 on Friday evening. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Kozachka-KPU. Kozachka-KPU was trailing by 4 points at halftime but managed to get 5-point lead after three quarters before a 23-15 charge of MOBI-SDYUSHOR, which allowed them to win the game. They also forced 35 Kozachka-KPU turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of Viktoriia Anisimova who helped to win the game recording 25 points and Kateryna Kolomiiets who added 3 points, 9 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals during the contest. At the losing side Valeriya Kutsenko responded with a double-double by scoring 25 points and 11 rebounds and Nika Zhdanova scored 7 points, 10 rebounds and 6 blocks. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. MOBI-SDYUSHOR have a solid three-game winning streak. Newly promoted MOBI-SDYUSHOR maintains second position with 5-1 record behind leader Frankivsk-Hal. Kozachka-KPU at the other side dropped to the fourth place with three games lost. They share the position with KhAI-Kharkiv.
