No shocking result in a game when fifth rankedVinnitsky Zubry (5-7) beat 7th ranked Niko Basket 2 (2-8) in Vinnytsia 68-60 on Sunday. The hosts started the game with a very strong first quarter 22-8 . But Niko Basket 2 won second period 22-13 . However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The game was decided in the last minutes when Vinnitsky Zubry won last quarter 17-11 . They made 16-of-17 free shots (94.1 percent) during the game. The winners were led by Yuriy Shkondya who scored that evening 23 points and 5 rebounds (was perfect 12-for-12 from the free throw line !!!) and Oleksii Nemykin supported him with 10 points and 11 rebounds. Even 18 points and 8 rebounds by Rodion Nesterenko did not help to save the game for Niko Basket 2 . Ivan Filonenko added 9 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists for the guests. Vinnitsky Zubry moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Che-Basket. Newly promoted Niko Basket 2 keeps the seventh position with eight games lost.
